CAUTION: Even if your mortgage officer knows about the 203k, make sure they have the experience and back office support to see it through to the end. Ask how many 203k loans they have done in the last year. If it's less than four, it would be worth your time to call one of the loan specialists we work with. See Find a 203k Loan Officer.
